Most gowns are hand painted with special flowered complements added harmoniously. The designs of Lluïsa Vilà are inspired by vintage styles, with a touch of modern tendencies, and through personal consultations with brides. Paying meticulous attention to fit and detail, the design is taken apart and defined patterns are made for each size defined by the bride. Highly skilled patternmakers manually grade the cutting patterns, while Lluïsa Vilà personally oversees the arrangement of lace, beading, embroidery and painting to ensure that every delicate detail is translated perfectly for each size.
When the order for your dress is received, experienced cutters select and lay the chosen fabrics and cut the pieces for your gown by hand. All orders are cut individually and made exclusively for you. Once all the pieces are cut, a bundler pins the pieces together in order that they will be sewn. Afterwards, it comes the process of making the gown the perfect piece for your wedding by incorporating the selected lace, beading and lace. In some occasions, the gown incorporates the touch of a painting. Finishing touches and delicated sewing are completed by our hand-sewers are the last step before packing it for you.
